Our logistics processing is carried out from the Czech Republic via Boomerang Distribution. Boomerang Distribution is exclusively our fulfilment partner and is not the seller of the products.

Our perfumes

PP PERFUMES LTD does not sell original brand perfumes from third parties.

Our perfumes are independent products with their own formulation and their own packaging. They are not produced, sold, or approved by the brands to which the website may refer.

When a perfume on the website is described as inspired by a well-known fragrance, this means exclusively that the fragrance profile may have similarities.

The customer always purchases the PP PERFUMES LTD product listed on the product page, not the original perfume of the mentioned brand.

Use of brand names for comparison

Third-party brand names may be used on the webshop to help customers better understand the fragrance type.

These references are for comparison and descriptive purposes only.

They do not mean that:

  • PP PERFUMES LTD is affiliated with the mentioned brand;
  • the product is made by that brand;
  • the product is an official alternative or licensed product;
  • the mentioned brand has approved our products.

Our perfumes may be identified by their own product number or fragrance code.

This code determines which fragrance the customer orders.

  • the fragrance category;
  • the fragrance notes;
  • the available product variant;
  • the ingredients and warnings, where applicable.

The customer purchases the fragrance code and content size stated on the product page.

Pure- and Parfen packaging

Certain fragrance codes may be delivered in Pure or Parfen packaging.

This can only happen when both variants match our product specifications with regard to:

  • fragrance code;
  • contents;
  • composition;
  • concentration;
  • quality.

The possible packaging variant is stated on the relevant product page.

Therefore, the packaging may differ, but the ordered fragrance code and contents must not change.

When only one specific packaging is offered on the product page and no possible variant is listed, the customer receives that offered variant.

Fragrance experience

Perfume does not develop exactly the same way for every person.

The perceived scent and longevity may be influenced, among other things, by:

  • skin type;
  • body temperature;
  • climate;
  • humidity;
  • amount applied;
  • place of application;
  • getting used to a fragrance.

As a result, a perfume may be perceived as stronger, milder, sweeter, or less long-lasting on one person than on another.

A purely subjective difference in fragrance experience does not automatically mean that the product is defective.

This does not apply when the wrong product was delivered, the product is damaged, or it objectively does not match the product description.

Shelf life and storage

The shelf life and usage information are stated on the product, the packaging, or the product page.

To maintain quality, we recommend that you store perfume:

  • tightly closed;
  • do not expose it to direct sunlight for extended periods;
  • keep it away from heat and open flames;
  • store it in a dry and relatively cool place.

Changes that can be demonstrably caused by improper storage after delivery are not considered an original product defect.

The content of this webshop, including our own:

  • texts;
  • product photos;
  • designs;
  • logos;
  • banners;

is owned by PP PERFUMES LTD or is used with permission.

This content may not be copied, distributed, modified, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Payment and retention of title

The available payment methods are shown during checkout.

Payments are processed exclusively via the payment methods offered on the webshop or in the Shopify checkout.

The products remain the property of PP PERFUMES LTD until full payment has been received, to the extent permitted by law.

PP PERFUMES LTD does not ask customers to make payments to a bank account that is unexpectedly provided via social media, WhatsApp, or a different email address.

Website information and obvious errors

We aim to display product information, prices, stock, and images correctly.

However, it may occasionally involve:

  • a typographical error;
  • a technical error;
  • an incorrect price;
  • an outdated stock status;
  • an incorrect image;
  • a temporary outage.

An obvious error is not binding.

When an error affects an order that has already been placed, we will contact the customer. The customer can then confirm the order under the correct terms and conditions or cancel it free of charge.

Liability

PP PERFUMES LTD is responsible for damage to the extent that this follows from the applicable law.

We are not responsible for damage that reasonably arises from:

  • use contrary to the instructions;
  • contact with eyes or damaged skin;
  • exposure to open flames;
  • improper storage;
  • use despite a known allergy or hypersensitivity;
  • changes to the product after delivery.

Nothing on this page limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional acts, or bodily injury caused by negligence.

Force majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as:

  • serious transport disruptions;
  • strikes;
  • natural disasters;
  • war;
  • government measures;
  • outages at carriers or fulfilment partners;
  • failures in payment or communication systems.

When, as a result, an order cannot be delivered definitively, the amount for the undelivered products will be refunded.

Governing law

Agreements with PP PERFUMES LTD are governed by the law of England and Wales.

In addition, consumers retain the mandatory consumer protection of the country where they usually live, to the extent that such protection cannot be excluded by law.

Professional disputes fall, unless otherwise agreed in writing, under the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
