General Terms and Conditions
Version: 20 July 2026
1. Identity of the seller
The products offered through this webshop are sold by:
PP PERFUMES LTD
Company number: 17313559
Registered office:
167–169 Great Portland Street
London, England, W1W 5PF
United Kingdom
E-mail: info@pureparfum.eu
PP PERFUMES LTD is a private limited company, incorporated and registered in England and Wales.
The address above is our registered office. Returns may only be sent to the return address stated in Article 10 of these terms and conditions or in our return instructions.
2. Applicability
These general terms and conditions apply to every offer by PP PERFUMES LTD and to every agreement that is concluded via our webshop between PP PERFUMES LTD and a customer.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read and accept these general terms and conditions.
Variations from these terms and conditions are only valid when they have been expressly and in writing confirmed by PP PERFUMES LTD.
Mandatory consumer rights that apply in the country where the consumer usually resides always remain applicable and are not limited by these terms and conditions.
3. Product information
PP PERFUMES LTD sells its own perfumes and does not sell original brand perfumes from the brands that may be referred to on the website for comparison purposes.
Our perfumes may be inspired by well-known fragrance profiles, but they are not official products of, and are not produced, approved, or sold by, the mentioned brands.
PP PERFUMES LTD is not affiliated with, connected to, or authorized by the holders of these brands, unless this is expressly stated otherwise.
References to well-known fragrances, fragrance families, or brand names are intended solely to describe the fragrance profile in a way that is understandable for customers. The customer purchases the product from PP PERFUMES LTD that is shown on the product page, and not a product from a third-party brand.
Products may be indicated with a product name, number, or fragrance category. Images, packaging, and colors on the screen may differ slightly from the received product due to technical settings.
We aim to display all product descriptions, ingredient information, net contents, warnings, and images correctly and up to date. Minor deviations that do not affect the essential characteristics or quality of the product do not automatically constitute a defect.
When a product variant, packaging, or brand name within our own range is changed, we will not supply a substantially different product without informing the customer about this when it is reasonably relevant.
4. Product safety and use
Before use, the customer must read the product information, ingredient list, and warnings on the product page and packaging.
Perfume is intended exclusively for external use.
Avoid contact with eyes, mucous membranes, damaged skin, and open flames. Keep products out of the reach of children and do not use the product if you have a known hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients.
If irritation or an unwanted reaction occurs, use must be stopped immediately.
The shelf life and any period of use after opening are stated on the product or packaging, insofar as this is legally required or applicable.
5. Offers, prices, and ordering
All offers listed on the webshop apply as long as they are visible and as long as stock lasts.
The applicable product price, currency, any tax, discount, and shipping costs are clearly shown before placing the order.
Prices and currency may vary depending on the selected country or market.
The customer is responsible for selecting the correct country, the correct delivery location and, where available, the desired language and currency.
The final total price payable is shown during checkout before the customer confirms the order definitively.
Obvious typing, input, technical, or pricing errors are not binding. If an error is discovered after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer. The customer will then be given the option to confirm the order under the correct terms and conditions or to cancel it free of charge.
An agreement is formed when we have confirmed the order electronically, unless it is clearly shown from the confirmation that it is only an acknowledgement of receipt and that additional verification is necessary.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order when:
- the product is not available;
- the payment details cannot be verified;
- there is an obvious pricing or technical error;
- we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse;
- delivery to the specified address is not possible;
- the order is in violation of the law or these terms and conditions.
When an already paid order is cancelled, we will refund the received amount via the original payment method.
6. Payment
The available payment methods are shown during checkout and may differ by country, currency, and device.
Payments may be processed by Shopify Payments or by other payment service providers shown during checkout.
The customer guarantees that they are authorized to use the chosen payment method and that the provided payment details are correct.
An order can only be processed after the payment has been confirmed or, where applicable, authorized as valid.
PP PERFUMES LTD does not store full payment card details itself when they are processed directly by the payment service provider.
Refunds are generally made via the same payment method used to pay for the order. The processing time after we have processed a refund may depend on the customer’s bank or payment service provider.
7. Delivery
Orders are delivered to the delivery address provided by the customer during checkout.
The available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs are shown during checkout.
Stated delivery times are estimates unless expressly indicated as guaranteed. Delays by a carrier do not automatically mean that PP PERFUMES LTD will definitively fail to comply with the agreement.
For fulfilling orders, we may use fulfillment partners, including:
Boomerang Distribution
Building 4
U Mexika 1339
Nýřany, Pilsen 33023
Czech Republic
Boomerang Distribution is a logistics service provider and is not the seller or the customer’s contracting party.
The customer is responsible for correctly and completely filling in their name, delivery address, postal code, telephone number, and other requested information.
When an order cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete customer information, reasonable costs for a new shipment may be charged to the customer. These costs are communicated in advance.
When an order consists of multiple products, they may be delivered in separate packages when this is operationally necessary. This does not involve additional shipping costs unless agreed otherwise in advance.
8. Risk and ownership
For consumers, the risk of loss or damage to the goods transfers when the consumer, or a third party designated by the consumer who is not the carrier, physically takes receipt of the goods.
When the consumer chooses a carrier that was not offered by PP PERFUMES LTD, the risk may transfer when the goods are handed over to that carrier, insofar as this is legally permitted.
The delivered products remain the property of PP PERFUMES LTD until full payment has been received, insofar as this is permitted under the applicable law.
9. Not received, damaged, or incorrect order
The customer is asked to check the order immediately upon receipt.
Issues such as:
- a package not received;
- a damaged product;
- a leaking product;
- a defective sprayer;
- a missing product;
- a wrongly delivered product;
must be reported as soon as possible via info@pureparfum.eu.
Please include the order number and, if relevant, add clear photos or video footage.
A short reporting period helps us with the investigation with the fulfillment partner or carrier, but does not limit any mandatory statutory rights of the consumer.
In case of a disputed delivery, we may ask the customer to:
- inquire with household members, neighbors, reception, or the pickup point;
- check the track-and-trace details;
- fill in a declaration of non-receipt;
- provide reasonable cooperation with a carrier investigation.
A carrier scan, delivery photo, location data, or signature may be used in the investigation, but it does not exclude the customer’s counter-evidence.
When it turns out that an order was lost, delivered incorrectly, or arrived damaged, we will provide an appropriate legal solution, such as replacement or a refund.
In cases of apparent misuse, knowingly incorrect statements, or fraud, we may refuse further orders and report the matter to the competent authorities.
10. Right of withdrawal and returns
10.1 Withdrawal by consumers
A consumer who purchases online generally has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days after receipt of the goods, without giving reasons.
When one order consists of multiple separately delivered products, the withdrawal period begins upon receipt of the last product.
EU rules generally grant consumers a 14-day cooling-off period for online purchases. When the consumer has been correctly informed in advance, the direct return costs for a standard withdrawal are borne by the consumer.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the consumer must send an unambiguous statement before the end of the period to:
The consumer may use the model withdrawal form for this, but is not required to do so.
10.2 Return address
Returns may only be sent after registration to:
PP PERFUMES LTD – Returns
c/o Boomerang Distribution
Building 4
U Mexika 1339
Nýřany, Pilsen 33023
Czech Republic
The customer must clearly state the order number and follow the return instructions.
Returns may not be sent to the registered office in London unless we confirm this in writing in advance.
10.3 Return costs
In the case of a standard withdrawal due to change of mind, the direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the consumer, unless we expressly offer to cover these costs.
When a product was delivered defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise not in conformity, PP PERFUMES LTD bears the reasonable return costs insofar as this is legally required.
The exact return method and any costs of a return label offered by us are communicated before the return request is finalized.
10.4 Condition of returned products
The consumer may only assess a product in a way that is comparable to what would reasonably be possible in a physical store.
The consumer is liable for any reduction in value resulting from actions beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the product.
For reasons of health protection and hygiene, the right of withdrawal may be legally excluded for sealed goods that have been opened after delivery, but only when the product actually falls under this legal exception and the customer was correctly informed about this in advance.
Important: not every perfume may automatically be considered non-returnable once the packaging has been opened. The applicability of the exception depends on the product, the sealing, and the national consumer law. The European consumer rules list opened sealed goods as a possible exception, but using it must be legally correct and transparent in advance.
10.5 Refund
After a valid withdrawal, we will refund the payments received, including the costs of the cheapest standard delivery that was available with the original order.
Additional costs resulting from the choice of a more expensive shipping method do not need to be refunded.
We will carry out the refund no later than within the legally applicable period after we have been informed of the withdrawal.
We may wait to refund until:
- we have received the goods; or
- the consumer has provided sufficient proof that the goods have been returned,
depending on which occurs first.
For the refund, PP PERFUMES LTD uses the same payment method as in the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
The EU directives provide for refunds in case of withdrawal within 14 days after notification, during which the seller may wait until the goods have been returned or the shipping proof has been provided.
11. Defective or non-conforming products
PP PERFUMES LTD is responsible for products that are defective at delivery, do not match the description, or are otherwise not in conformity with the agreement.
The applicable statutory warranty is determined by the mandatory consumer law of the country where the consumer usually resides.
For consumers in the European Union, there is generally a statutory conformity protection of at least two years. National rules may provide additional or longer protection.
Depending on the applicable law and the circumstances, the consumer may be entitled to:
- free repair;
- free replacement;
- price reduction;
- termination of the agreement and refund.
A solution will be provided within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to the consumer.
Normal wear and tear, improper use, unsuitable storage, exposure to extreme heat, direct sunlight, fire, or damage caused after delivery do not fall under a defect for which PP PERFUMES LTD is responsible.
12. Fragrance experience
The perception, intensity, and longevity of a fragrance may differ due to, among other things:
- skin type;
- temperature;
- humidity;
- storage;
- applied amount;
- acclimatization to the fragrance;
- combination with care products.
A purely subjective difference in fragrance experience or a difference from personal expectations does not automatically constitute a defect.
This does not affect the consumer’s statutory rights when the product is objectively defective, delivered incorrectly, or does not match the product description.
13. Promotions, discount codes, and gifts
Promotions and discount codes are only valid under the conditions stated for the promotion.
Unless stated otherwise:
- discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
- discount codes cannot be applied after the end of the promotion;
- different codes cannot be combined;
- certain products or markets may be excluded;
- a minimum order value may apply.
When an order is partially returned, a discount or free gift is recalculated as if only the retained products had been purchased.
When, due to a return, the conditions for a free gift are no longer met, the gift must be returned unused. Otherwise, its reasonable value may be deducted from the refund, insofar as this is legally permitted and was clearly communicated in advance.
14. Intellectual property
All texts, images, photos, product names, designs, logos, and other content of the webshop are the property of PP PERFUMES LTD or are used with permission from the rights holder.
The content may not be copied, modified, distributed, published, or used commercially without prior written permission, except when this is legally permitted.
Trademark names of third parties remain the property of their respective holders. A reference to a third-party brand does not mean that a commercial relationship, approval, or cooperation exists.
15. Liability
Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability when exclusion or limitation is not legally permitted.
In particular, we do not exclude liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation;
- intentional acts;
- mandatory statutory consumer rights.
PP PERFUMES LTD is not responsible for damage resulting from:
- use that is contrary to the product instructions;
- a known allergy or hypersensitivity that is not due to a product defect;
- incorrect storage;
- incorrect information provided by the customer;
- circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
For professional customers, our liability, insofar as legally permitted, is limited to foreseeable direct damage. We are not liable to professional customers for indirect damage, consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or loss of business opportunities.
Limitations for professional customers do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under law.
16. Force majeure
PP PERFUMES LTD is not liable for delay or failure to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including:
- natural disasters;
- fire or flooding;
- war or terrorism;
- pandemics;
- government measures;
- strikes;
- transport disruptions;
- customs problems;
- failure of energy, communication, or IT systems;
- serious disruption at suppliers or logistics partners.
We will inform the customer when such a situation has a material impact on the order.
When performance becomes permanently impossible or is unreasonably delayed, the customer and PP PERFUMES LTD may terminate the agreement for the part not yet performed. Amounts already paid for products not delivered will then be refunded.
17. Privacy and cookies
Personal data is processed in accordance with our separate privacy policy and cookie policy.
These documents explain, among other things:
- which personal data we collect;
- why we process it;
- with which service providers data is shared;
- how long data is retained;
- what privacy rights customers have;
- how customers can manage their cookie preferences.
The privacy policy and cookie policy form part of the legal information on the webshop and must be completed in full before launch with the actual parties used, such as Shopify, Shopify Payments, fulfillment partners, carriers, email platforms, and analytics services.
Questions about privacy can be sent to info@pureparfum.eu.
18. Complaints
Complaints can be submitted via:
When submitting a complaint, please include:
- name;
- order number;
- description of the problem;
- desired solution;
- relevant photos or documents.
We confirm receipt of a complaint within a reasonable time and aim to handle it substantively as quickly as possible.
Submitting a complaint to us does not limit a consumer’s right to use a competent supervisory authority, dispute resolution body, or court.
19. Applicable law and competent court
Agreements with PP PERFUMES LTD are governed by the law of England and Wales.
This choice of law does not deprive consumers of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of the country where they usually reside, when such protection cannot be excluded contractually under the applicable international private law.
A consumer may submit a dispute to a court that is competent under the applicable mandatory jurisdiction rules.
For agreements with professional customers, only the courts of England and Wales are competent, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
20. Amendment of these terms and conditions
We may amend these general terms and conditions when this is necessary due to:
- changes in legislation;
- changes in our business operations;
- changes in payment or shipping methods;
- security or fraud prevention measures;
- clarifications or corrections.
The terms and conditions that were in effect at the time of the order remain applicable to that order, unless a change is legally required or is more favorable for the customer.
21. Severability
When a provision of these terms and conditions is found to be wholly or partially invalid, unenforceable, or void, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
The invalid provision will, insofar as legally possible, be replaced by a valid provision that comes as close as possible to the original purpose.
